After nearly 40 years working with glass in a variety of forms, we finally retired from the craft.

There will always be a special place in our hearts for glass art, but the glass cutters have been tucked away, the kilns are quiet and the blowpipes have cooled down for the last time.

But we’re not finished with Creative Expression!

We finally have the freedom to devote ourselves to travel around this wonderful world of ours (coronavirus pandemic notwithstanding) and the time to explore other creative media.

Our focus now is on writing, publishing and photography.

Watch this space for new developments along those lines, and visit our other websites at www.OnTheRoadNow.com and www.iWriteThereforeiAm.com to see what we're already working on.

This site will be gradually updated to reflect our new focus, and we encourage you to poke around its pages. There are still some gems lurking among the rubble, with more to come!

"What do you want to know about glass?"

  • We worked with glass for over 40 years.

  • We collected hundreds of books, magazines, catalogs, articles, photos, and other glass-related ephemera...

  • We found information on glassworking techniques, glass artists and factories, glass history, and a whole lot more.

Step into our Glass Library. The shelves are loaded with our favorite glass reference books - new, used, out-of-print, rare, or just hard-to-find.

Search our best Book Sources to build your own glass reference collection. We've got links to millions of books. Really, Millions!

Visit our Glass Links page. Find glass artists and studios, schools, suppliers of tools and materials, and other interesting glass sites.

Shop for clothing and other useful items featuring rare Glass Working images from our collection of books, catalogs, photos, prints and other glass ephemera.

Take a look at our Glass Reprints. We've published our own reprint editions of some long out-of-print glassworking texts.

Peek into our Glass Archives. Check out some items from our collections of glass-related ephemera.

And here's a page with some non-glass links we like.
